All weekly dances are available onsite and online.
⚠️ Important
On Wednesdays that fall on Full or New Moon Silent Disco Beach Dances, there is NO onsite morning dance.
Instead:
- Join us at the beach in the evening
- Or attend the online dance (10 AM – 12 PM)

What to Expect
Every dance is a guided journey:
- Arrive early for meditation or soft music (doors open 30 min prior)
- A short opening to ground and set intention
- A wave of music that builds, peaks, and integrates
- A safe, sober, and respectful space
Guidelines:
- No talking on the dance floor
- No phones or photos
- Move with awareness and consent
- Barefoot encouraged
