All weekly dances are available onsite and online.
⚠️ Important
On Wednesdays that fall on Full or New Moon Silent Disco Beach Dances, there is NO onsite morning dance.
Instead:
- Join us at the beach in the evening
- Or attend the online dance (10 AM – 12 PM)

What to Expect
Every dance is a guided journey:
- Arrive early for meditation or soft music (doors open 30 min prior)
- A short opening to ground and set intention
- A wave of music that builds, peaks, and integrates
- A safe, sober, and respectful space
Guidelines:
- No talking on the dance floor
- No phones or photos
- Move with awareness and consent
- Barefoot encouraged

No additional registration. No extra cost. Just invite a teacher in your life to come with you.
This offering is open to educators and school professionals working directly with children, including teachers, teacher assistants, preschool educators, special education professionals, school counselors, school social workers, paraprofessionals, homeschool cooperative educators, and child development specialists. No experience is necessary, and there is no choreography or judgment—just movement, music, and a space to release, reset, and reconnect.
