Our Sunday Morning Ecstatic Dance is a welcoming space to arrive gently into the day, reconnect with your body, and move freely with others. At 10:00 AM the space opens for quiet arrival and optional meditation—an opportunity to settle your mind, breathe, and ground into the moment before the music begins.
At 10:30 AM, we enter the dance.
Ecstatic Dance is part of a global movement of conscious dance communities where people gather to move freely without choreography or judgment. The music journey unfolds in waves—from spacious and grounding to rhythmic and uplifting—inviting each person to explore their own authentic movement.
This offering is available both in person and online, allowing dancers near and far to join the experience.
What to expect:

Ecstatic Dance guidelines help keep the space clear and safe:
• No talking on the dance floor
• No phones or photography
• Dance barefoot when possible
• Move with awareness and respect for others
You can move softly, wildly, meditatively, or simply sit and listen. There is no right way to dance—only the invitation to be present with your body and the rhythm of the moment.
Come early to meditate, stay for the dance, and leave feeling grounded, open, and alive.
