SATURDAY ECSTATIC DANCE • EMBODYING THE MYSTERY
Enter the Unknown. Trust Your Body. Dance Beyond the Mind.

Join us this Saturday for an evening of meditation, music, and free-form movement as we explore the theme of Embodying the Mystery.

Life is an unfolding mystery—an invitation to surrender the need to know, soften into the unknown, and trust the wisdom that lives within us. Through movement, we step beyond the thinking mind and into the magic of the present moment, allowing the body to become a vessel for intuition, discovery, and transformation.

Arrive, breathe, and set an intention to open to the unknown.
Move freely, surrender to the music, and let your body reveal what words cannot.
Explore the mystery within, around, and through you—awakening to the magic of being fully alive.

No choreography. No judgment. No experience necessary. Just an open heart, a curious spirit, and a willingness to dance with the unknown.

Come as you are. Let go of what you think you know. Allow the mystery to move through you.
