What happens when we dance beyond the rules?

This week, we enter the TABOO — the places within ourselves we’ve been taught to hide, suppress, judge, or keep quiet.

The wild.

The sensual.

The playful.

The angry.

The vulnerable.

The parts of ourselves that don’t always fit neatly into the boxes we’ve been given.

Taboo isn’t about breaking boundaries — it’s about becoming curious about the boundaries we carry.

Through cacao, meditation, music, and movement, we’ll create a safe, consent-based space to explore what wants to be expressed through the body.

Arrive, ground, connect, and set an intention for your dance.

🔥 7:00–10:00 PM — Ecstatic Dance | Double Wave Set

A deep, dynamic musical journey designed to take you through waves of activation, expression, release, connection, stillness and joy.

🍓 Fruit Picnic on the Dance Floor

At the midpoint, we’ll pause together for a simple light snack of fresh fruit — nourishing the body, connecting with community, and then returning to the dance.

Come exactly as you are.

No choreography.

No performance.

No alcohol or drugs.

No judgment.

Just music, movement, presence, consent, and the freedom to explore your own edges.
