Ecstatic Dance Sarasota is part of a global movement of conscious dance gatherings where people come together to move freely, release stress, and reconnect with their natural rhythm. With no choreography, no judgment, and no talking on the dance floor, the experience becomes a space for authentic movement, creative expression, and deep presence.
Our Midweek Morning Jam is a lighter, playful container to reset your nervous system and energize your week. Through music that flows from gentle and spacious to rhythmic and uplifting, we invite the body to wake up naturally and move however it feels called.
Expect a welcoming community, a safe and sober environment, and a dance floor where everyone is free to explore movement in their own way.
Whether you are new to ecstatic dance or a longtime mover, this is a place to:

No experience is necessary. Come as you are.
