Start the dance only in Flowing. Keep your knees soft and initiate movement from your hips and spine, not your limbs. Let your body “draw circles” in space before any straight or sharp movement appears.

Led by DJ Kat, this experience invites you into a free-form dance journey where there is no choreography, no judgment, and no pressure—just the freedom to move however your body feels called. The music unfolds in waves, from grounding and spacious to rhythmic and energizing, creating a powerful container for release, expression, and connection.
Ecstatic Dance is part of a global movement of conscious dance communities where people come together to explore authentic movement and presence. This special Red Tent edition is dedicated to women coming together in support, strength, and shared energy.
