An evening to surrender to the unknown, awaken the wisdom of the body, and explore the beautiful mystery of being alive.
Step into the Red Tent for an intimate evening of feminine energy, embodied exploration, connection, and spiritual discovery.
We begin at 6:30 PM with a guided somatic meditation and cacao ceremony, creating space to slow down, open our hearts, set intentions, and listen to the deeper wisdom within.
From there, we enter a soulful Ecstatic Dance journey, allowing the music and movement to take us beyond the thinking mind and into the mystery. What happens when we release the need to know, control, or understand? What might emerge when we surrender and let the body lead?
What mysteries are waiting to be discovered within us?
How can we trust the wisdom of our bodies and the unfolding of life?
What does it mean to surrender to something greater than ourselves?
Can we dance with the unknown and find freedom in not having all the answers?
This is an invitation to explore, feel, express, and reconnect with the sacred mystery that lives within and around us.
Cacao Ceremony will be woven into our evening as a heart-centered ritual for intention, presence, and connection.
We’ll leave extra time to linger, share, laugh, connect, and close in community.
A Note About the Red Tent:
Our on-site dance is for women, while our online dance welcomes all genders. The music and opening meditation offer a somatic journey through the lens of the feminine experience.
Our Invitation:
• Wear something red to honor the spirit of the Red Tent, if you can.
• Bring a flower or an item from nature to contribute to our collective mandala.
• Come with an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to dance with the unknown.
