Join us for Ecstatic Dance Red Tent, a once-a-month women’s-only gathering designed as a safe, empowering space to move, express, and reconnect with yourself and community.
Led by DJ Kat, this experience invites you into a free-form dance journey where there is no choreography, no judgment, and no pressure—just the freedom to move however your body feels called. The music unfolds in waves, from grounding and spacious to rhythmic and energizing, creating a powerful container for release, expression, and connection.
Ecstatic Dance is part of a global movement of conscious dance communities where people come together to explore authentic movement and presence. This special Red Tent edition is dedicated to women coming together in support, strength, and shared energy.
What to expect:
• A supportive, sober, women-only environment

Guidelines:
• No talking on the dance floor
• No phones or photography
• Dance barefoot when possible
• Move with awareness and respect
You can move softly, powerfully, playfully, or simply be still—there is no right way to dance. Come early to arrive, stay for the full journey, and leave feeling grounded, open, and alive.
