Friday Morning Ecstatic Dance with DJ Kat — 2-Day Immersion Kickoff
We open the 2-Day Immersion with a rare Friday morning Ecstatic Dance led by DJ Kat on June 12th from 9:30–11:00 AM. This is a standalone experience as well as the energetic entry point into a deeper day of movement, connection, and embodied practice.
This opening dance is an invitation to drop out of the mind and into the body—moving through sound, rhythm, and presence in a guided ecstatic dance journey designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored emotion, and reconnect you to your natural state of aliveness.
Participants are welcome to join just the Ecstatic Dance for $20, or stay and continue into the first half of the immersion for an additional $35, which includes extended movement practices, grounding, and community-based experiences.
For those who feel called to go deeper, you may continue for the full day for an additional $115, staying until 5:00 PM and participating in Contact Improvisation, yoga, guided meditation, somatic practices, and group integration experiences designed to support emotional release, regulation, and authentic connection.
This is not a typical event structure. It is a layered immersion where each stage builds upon the last—supporting you in moving from activation into grounding, from isolation into community, and from overthinking into embodied awareness.
